FRIENDS AND SUPPORTERS
We are grateful to all our members, friends, and supporters who contribute in various ways to the garden.
We are indebted to Fingal County Council for their ongoing support throughout the years. We have been fortunate to have been awarded grants by Fingal County Council for the development and upkeep of the garden. These grants include funds from the Local Enhancement Programme (LEP), from the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht. This funding has supported important key intiatives in the Garden such as irrigation and electricity projects. We are also grateful to all the Fingal staff who work in Santry Demense Park for their ongoing support.
We have previously recieved funding from the Dublin Airport Authority (daa).
We are grateful to An Taisce, they operate The Green Flag awards in Ireland, and we have won this every year since 2021/22.
The Dublin Airport Crowne Plaza Hotel is a great neighbour and friend! Thank you for your ongoing support.
We buy plants and other supplies from a number of local suppliers such as Tully Nurseries, Ratoath Garden Centre, Barry's Pick of the Crop, White's Agri, and Chadwicks.
Thanks to the help of our friend, Gerry Cooley, we have recently been offered an original 'piece' of the garden back - a Cardinal Stone that was removed from the garden at some point in time. Thank you, Gerry, for helping us to reinstate a part of our history back in the garden.
Our friends and supported are listed below. Thank you, everyone!

Summer 2025: We were delighted when our long-time friends and supporters, from the Santry Guild of the Irish Countrywomens' Association, joined us for tea one sunny morning in July. These ladies make the best cakes - ever! Thank you for your ongoing support.
Our friends from Glenveagh donating some supplies - bags of sand and grit, paving slabs, and planters. We have sucessfully grown gorgeous crops of spring onions in the planters! Thank you, Glenveagh!
